ADOPTION OF ASSESSMENT ROLE FOR DELINQUENT UTILITY ACCOUNTS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Medicine Lake, Minnesota will meet on Monday, October 5, 2026 at 6:00 pm in the City Hall of the City of Medicine Lake, 10609 South Shore Drive, Medicine Lake, MN 55441 to conduct a public hearing on the proposed assessment for delinquent utility accounts. A list of all proposed assessments is available for public inspection at the City Clerk’s Office. Written or oral views will be considered at the public hearing. All parties have until September 28, 2026 to submit written comments or to request an appearance at the hearing. To request an appearance, send a request in writing to the City Clerk at 10609 South Shore Drive, Medicine Lake MN 55441. All comments or requests must be received no later than 4:30 p.m., September 28, 2026. All questions should be directed to the Mayor or City Clerk at City of Medicine Lake at 763-542-9701.
