Rental Property License and Inspection Application 2026

No person, firm, partnership, corporation or other similar entity may Rent, Let, lease or sublease any Dwelling or Dwelling unit for fewer than one hundred eighty (180) consecutive days.

Rental licenses, renewed in 2023, are valid through December 31, 2026. License renewal with inspections will be required again in June 2026. If you have any questions about rental licensing contact City Council member Nina Zelazny at [email protected].
