The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the 20th day of February 2025, at 6:00 PM. The meeting will be held at city offices located at 10609 South Shore Drive, Medicine Lake, Minnesota 55441. The purpose of the public hearing shall be to consider a variance from the Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance 124), specifically section 3100.5 "R-1" Residential Single Family District. Lot Requirements and Setbacks. to allow for the construction of a home addition and attached garage 4 feet into the 7-foot side yard setback at 265 Peninsula Rd.
